What personal information we collect?

When registering for one of our services, applying for a subscription or service, completing online or paper forms, or calling us, you may be asked to provide your full name, email address, postal address, phone number, job title and company name.

Basic contact details: If you purchase a subscription, a report or place a recruitment vacancy with us we open a trading account. We keep company/individual information:  name, title, postal address, email address, company contact telephone number and contact name. We keep a record of existing as well as past customers and your purchase history.

Potential customers:  a basic record (name/email address) is kept those making enquires of our paid for services i.e. newsletter subscription and market reports.

Our recruitment service (Profile Bulletin) allows would-be-applicants direct contact with the company or organisation that placed the vacancy via a hyperlink/ email address or/and a telephone number. We do not collect or hold any personal data.

For companies using our recruitment services only the name of those placing the advertisement is held for reference point. Other than that the only data is used in accounts processing.

Other service listing, PR Companies, Agents and Design and Sourcing: all our listings allow users direct contact with the company/organisation in question via either a hyper link, email address or telephone number. We do not hold or collect any personal details.

We will not share or pass your data to anyone else.

Access your information

You have the right access your personal data we have on file. In order to see this please email info@profileoutdoors.com with your request and you will receive a response within 30 days of the date of your request.
