Launching Feb next year, Scotland-based active sports distributor UNICORN INC will be the new brand partner for VERSUS SOCKS. A range will be available to view at the upcoming STAG Winter Show, 10-11.
Versus began its journey in 2015 in Stellenbosch, South Africa, setting out ‘to redefine sportswear from the ground up, starting with the often-overlooked foundation: socks.’ are making it their mission to provide athletes and sports enthusiasts with comfortable, durable, and stylish performance socks.
What began as an idea by co-founders Hanno Lategan and Jurgens Uys has sold over four million pairs worldwide, the team has grown to over 50 individuals and the design collection now includes over 1000 unique patterns.
Versus will join goodr sunglasses and BODY GLIDE in the Unicorn portfolio, increasing the offer to run specialty and the wider sports market. Unicorn will also offer the Versus Custom Sock program throughout the UK, allowing retailers, running and cycling clubs, corporate organisations and more to create fully personalised socks, crafted to their specifications.
In addition, Unicorn will manage the Versus UK and European eCommerce, Amazon and European distributor relationships. Both parties have a shared mission to provide retailers and consumers with the best possible brand experience, and share in the journey towards inspiring people to enjoy exercise through excitement and creativity.
