The new Robens Trace Hammock Set offers a neat ‘leave no trace’ nest in for off-grid overnight microadventures. Light in weight and packing away small makes it perfect for wild nights outdoors.
It packs into a carrybag, with loops to hang on a pack, which doubles as a handy pouch when the hammock is in use.
Supplied with carabiners and slings, it can be slung quickly and easily between trees off the cold, damp ground away from crawling insects. The hammock is made from a nylon mix that includes 40% recycled material.
As its natural tone colours blend in with the surroundings, reflective tape is used to make the hammock easier to locate through the night.
Optional extras include the Trace Underquilt to provide extra insulation when needed. A toggled cord around its edge makes it easy to secure.
Also available is the Trace Hammock Mosquito Net to protect from flying insects – or spiders. It hangs from a six metre reflective guyline and ties neatly under the hammock. Entry is via a horizontal zip.
