For Spring/Summer 2022, Hanwag will introduce a new product family called ‘Blueridge’. This new range of walking boots and shoes is designed for hikers who enjoy day trips into nature with light packs.
Lightweight, with superior cushioning underfoot, these new models feature Hanwag’s Blueridge 3D Breathfit technology which aims to deliver a great fit complementing the foot’s anatomy and improving vapour circulation to help keep wearers’ feet dry and comfortable.
These European-made styles are also 100% PFC-free. All materials are sourced from Europe and recycled materials are used where possible, including a 100% recycled Eco-Shell lining and a 40% recycled heel reinforcement.
The Bavarian bootmaker is also adding a new boot to its popular Makra family of high-performance rock boots.
The new Makra Light caters to the demand for lightweight, low cut boots from end-users, while providing the support and technical features required to comfortably and safely navigate rocky and exposed terrain.
A new Vibram sole package features a multi-directional profile design with a climbing zone for scrambling, and Hanwag PrismBase technology.
A streamlined briefcase design with an attractive wooden handle makes the new Primus Moja stove easy to transport and the lid provides a wind shield when needed but can be easily removed if preferred. A removable stainless steel pot support provides a sturdy base when cooking and this, combined with the drip tray, makes cleaning easy.
Primus will introduce its new Fritid collection of insulated mugs and lunch jugs for SS22, offering outdoor enthusiasts new, stylish ways of enjoying alfresco dining. Available in a range of colour options, these lunch solutions are made of high-quality, powder-coated stainless steel which won’t retain flavours or odours.
They also utilise the natural insulation properties of cork to help keep food and drink hot or cold in the great outdoors. The double walled Koppen Mug and Slurken Vacuum Mug are great solutions for enjoying a cuppa on the go and the Preppen Vacuum Jug 0.7L will keep food hot or cold, as needed, for a nourishing meal in nature.
