Four new models and the development of new features, including a new Outtex performance fabric, aim to lift the superb OUTWELL SUPERIOR AIR COLLECTION of inflatable family tents to even greater heights. The latest additions include three Springville models (4SA, 5SA and 6SA) offering different two-zone floorplans with extended porch and the three-zone Forestville 6SA with Panorama front.
All display the Scandinavian brand’s innovation, top design and quality in delivering unique outdoor experiences for family campers. Superior Air tents now benefit from the enhanced performance provided by Outtex 6000 Endurance RS fabric. This latest unique Outwell double ripstop Oxford polyester fabric with a 6000mm hydrostatic head is four times stronger than traditional tent fabric.
The tough fabric’s durability and performance is supported by the Outwell Power Air System to ensure easy pitching and weather-beating performance. Pitching is further simplified with the addition of the Outwell Floating Guyline and Easy Pegging Systems. Stability in high winds is ensured by web storm straps and the Wind Brace System. A correctly pitched Superior Air tent can withstand a Force 10 storm.
Flexible ventilation is provided by the Rear Ventilation System and cowl-protected side mesh vents; additional vents are now positioned at the rear to ensure air flow to the bedroom area. All side doors now have mesh panels behind so the tent can be opened in sunny weather to aid ventilation.
The front door configuration includes rolled halfway across or fully open, with the Springville models featuring the latest Quick & Quiet Mesh Panel behind to keep out bugs. Like other Quick & Quiet doors, these allow campers to slip quietly through, closing behind with sewn-in magnetic strips.
Other features include the Outwell HookTrack System that allows lights and small items to be positioned where required. Superior Air tents feature Ambassador Master Bedrooms, darkened to reduce light for a good night’s sleep, including dark curtains over the mesh vents. Light is further reduced by dark outer panels over the bedroom area.
Quick & Quiet Inner Doors provide convenient night-time access without waking other tent occupants with noisy zips. The bedrooms provide generous floor space and headroom, allowing easier movement and the opportunity to use furniture such as bedside tables. A bedroom cable port means an electric hook-up to be used to power home comforts.
Optional extras include a Universal Extensions to provide extra protected outdoor living whilst tent footprints and carpets provide extra protection, comfort and easy maintenance.
