The EASY CAMP Go range expands into cycle camping this Spring with three new tents designed for touring life on two wheels. While all Go tents are suitable for outdoor enthusiasts, pedalling adventurers will find the latest Compact models include specific features to meet their needs.
All are made from fire retardant, PU-coated polyester with taped seams and a 2000mm hydrostatic head to keep campers dry during summer showers. Fibreglass pole segments come in handy lengths for easy stowage and are colour-coded to match the pole sleeves.
Highly Commended in the Camping Editor’s Choice Awards 2023, the Vega 300 Compact provides a comfortable base for friends sharing the freedom of outdoor adventures. Its tunnel design sleeps three with twin porch entrances for flexible access, storage and shelter from the elements while increasing ventilation options. In the morning, the tent is quickly and easily packed into waterproof bags to share between the bikes.

Cyclists can create a handy canopy using elastic loops to connect the door to a bike. Inner loops are supplied to hang items, such as cycle helmets, safely out of the way and an inner clothesline helps dry gear if caught out riding in the rain.
As night falls, a light pouch conveniently turns the cycle lamp into a lantern when suspended from the hanging point whilst Sleep Tight inners cut down light entry for a good night’s sleep.

On the road or trail, carrying a Compact tent could not be easier. Straps and buckles fasten the waterproof carry bag to the bike frame or rack. A separate pole pack uses a similar fastening for adventurers to attach to the frame with opening at the top to prevent the poles from accidently falling out when riding.

The Energy 200 Compact tent is a home for two in a tunnel design with a versatile porch area for easy access and storing gear when closed up for the night; The foot of the tent offers even more space to stash gear safely. Packing tent and poles separately allow them to be shared between bikes.
The convenience of a fast pitching and small packed size tent is always appreciated by solo adventurers and the Geminga 100 Compact shares similar features to the larger models. The side entry design allows a camper to stretch out and relax while enjoying views from the large porch that’s perfect for gear storage.
