MONTANE, the British outdoor apparel and equipment specialist, has once again launched a collaboration with Strava, the popular exercise and social network app, to encourage people to get outdoors and expand their horizons this spring.
The ‘MOVE WITH MONTANE’ challenge, launching on 4th May, seeks to encourage people to make the most of the longer, brighter days, maximising the extended sunlight hours to get outdoors – hiking, running, trailing running, rock climbing or other types of movement.
Over the course of three weeks, participants are challenged to complete 180 minutes of outdoor movement with finishers rewarded with a Montane trophy in the Strava app, an exclusive 20% off discount code redeemable at montane.com plus entry into a draw to win £1,000 worth of Montane gear.
Montane’s Marketing Director Matthew Hickman said, “One of our core ethe at Montane is encouraging people to go Further. Faster., and that’s exactly what the ‘Move with Montane’ challenge entails – getting outdoors, setting yourself goals, and breaking new boundaries, no matter how big or small.”
The announcement marks the fifth successive year of collaboration between Montane and Strava after the brands’ inaugural partnership in 2020 to create the ‘Montane Cheviot Goat Ultra’ challenge.
