MAIER SPORTS has launched its new autumn-winter outdoor collection with an emphasis on a strong sustainability programme and versatile clothing for serious outdoor enthusiasts looking for clothing for cold, wet and snowy environments.

The warm, windproof and breathable Notos, available for both men and women, is packed full of features, including PrimaLoft® ThermoPlume® fill insulation. This quilted hiking jacket uses a PFC-free finish to make it water-repellent on the outside and if the jacket does get wet, the ThermoPlume filling dries faster than down.
The 3-layer jacket Liland P3 comes in both men’s and women’s versions, delivering the performance required for high-alpine hiking or skiing tours on snow-covered mountain peaks. With underarm ventilation, it’s made with PFC-free environmentally friendly 65% recycled PES yarn and has a waterproof rating of 20.000 with Maier Sports’ own mTEX membrane.
Norit Winter pants are designed for demanding outdoor activities such as hiking, trekking or ski touring. Available in both men’s and women’s versions, the robust mSTRETCH Tec 4 double weave material comes with a 100 % PFC-free finish and the adjustable waistband with flex zones offer maximum freedom of movement. There are zip fasteners with waterproof wedges on the legs as well as three spacious pockets and pre-formed knee areas.
Available in men’s and women’s versions, the new Latit comes with its own NFC (near field communication) tag that tracks the life of the product, fully closing the circle of recyclability. Sewn into the trousers, it provides all the product information needed that can be scanned by a mobile phone and viewed by the owner.
At the end of the product’s natural life cycle, the owner can easily organise their product so that new Maier Sports clothing can be produced from them. These lightweight hiking pants are made with highly elastic mSTRETCH Pro 4 Eco fabric, made from 88% recycled polyester. The environmentally friendly PFC-free impregnation helps to keep out the rain showers and they are exceptionally fast drying.
