TKC Sales: Customer Experience & Sales Executive

TKC Sales was established in 1989 and represents best-in-class active leisure and specialist action sports brands. We are looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic person with a passion for the outdoors and a genuine interest in working with a premium action sports brands.

Our head office is in a beautiful part of the Wiltshire countryside near Bath, where we have a strong affinity to active living, walking and the outdoors. The role would be office based Monday to Friday.

 

The Role

Focus on delivering superb customer experience to our current UK trade business as well as directly supporting end consumers across a number of our brands, including LOWA boots, AeroPress coffee makers, and Manduka yoga mats.  The principal objective of the role is to ensure all customers, both consumer & trade, receive the highest level of service in a timely and efficient manner.

 

Typical Responsibilities

  • Dealing with customer queries, product advice & warranty returns
  • Handling trade orders & ASAP business
  • Pro-actively supporting and selling to our trade accounts
  • Driving territory sales through campaign mailers
  • Helping manage DTC websites
  • Supporting events and activities

 

Key Skills and attributes

  • Ability to recognise and deliver excellent customer experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Very good organizational skills and excellent time management
  • Computer literate, full UK driving license
  • An interest in walking and time outdoors
  • Sales experience desirable, but not essential
