We’re looking for a driven and strategic Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team covering the south of England and some of the Midlands and East Anglia.

 

In this role, you’ll collaborate with the UK Sales Manager to build and execute a short- and long-term strategy for your region, directly aligned with our overall business goals.

 

As a product expert, you’ll lead impactful range presentations, develop strong relationships with key accounts, and deliver best-in-class customer service. With support from our Marketing and Product Teams, you’ll also play a key role in elevating the brand and driving growth opportunities across the region.

 

The Impact you will have in this role is:

  • Together with the UK Sales Manager, you’ll build and deliver a short- and long-term strategy for the Region, linked to the overall business strategy.
  • You’ll become a product expert with a deep knowledge of our brands, capable to delivering impactful range presentations and even in store staff training where useful.
  • You’ll foster and develop excellent relationships within your account base, ensuring we’re offering best in class customer service.
  • Supported by the Regatta & Dare2b Marketing Teams, you’ll manage the marketing plans for each of the Key Accounts allowing us to elevate the perception of the brand at every opportunity.
  • You’ll work with the Product Teams to feedback valuable information around the new ranges and opportunities for future development.
  • You’ll take responsibility for the management of your area, working with your internal contacts to make sure your customers have everything they need to trade as effectively as possible.
  • You’ll become a product expert with a deep knowledge of our brands, capable to delivering impactful range presentations and even in store staff training where useful.
  • Using our state-of-the-art systems, you’ll use data to identify particular areas for development within your region, be those opportunities for growth with specific accounts or focusing on product categories with untapped potential.

As our future Regional Sales Manager, you will have: 

  • Strong market knowledge of the outdoor industry, specifically around direct competitors.
  • At least 2 years’ experience within the Outdoor Sales environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and grow relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to manage your own time effectively.
  • Proven budget management experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel & Outlook.
