We are excited about the opportunity to welcome the right candidate into the UK Sales Team in a newly formed position as Sell Through Representative.
It is fundamental in today’s ‘busy’ market that a brand can cut through.
You will be responsible for driving the sell through of Montane products by engaging with staff, both digitally and face to face, ensuring strong visual merchandising and ambassador building at floor level.
There is freedom, for the right person, to build, shape and develop this role and for them to own the department.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
The ideal candidate will be based in the North of England, ideally close to Montane’s Northumberland Head Office and the Cumbria Showroom. They must be free to travel around the UK without commitment, have a strong set of communication and interpersonal skills and live the Further Faster mantra.
The candidate should have existing industry experience either at retail or trade level.
You must be well organised, be able to plan and act upon it, be self-motivated and capable of managing time productively.
A full driving licence is essential
