Red Original was launched in Spring 2018, as part of the ‘Red’ family which includes Red Paddle Co, the No 1 designer, manufacturer & distributor of inflatable paddle boards worldwide.
Red Original is range of Premium Watersports and Outdoor Accessories and essentials, with its own ecommerce store redoriginal.com. We have ambitious plans to grow in to a global lifestyle brand, and the company is investing heavily in to the brand in 2019.

About the Role:
This is a great opportunity to make a big impact on sales growth in an upcoming brand with huge potential. We’re looking for a passionate individual who shares our vision and who has the enthusiasm and drive to get the range of high quality red original products in to retailer and consumer hands.
There is an existing footprint of UK Red Paddle Co retailers, some of whom already take Red Original products. The focus of this role will be to research and identify new opportunities for Red Original, creating a strategy for sales growth and bringing on new accounts which reflect the sales opportunity, including a broader audience beyond purely SUP.
This role has a key responsibility for achieving sales targets whilst ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
To join our vibrant and dedicated Red family, the successful candidate will be ambitious, committed, enthusiastic & keen to get stuck in and make things happen, with a good eye for detail and a passion for representing their brand to retailers in the best way possible.
Reporting to: Red Paddle Co UK Brand Manager
The role will see the applicant sit with the sales team, as well as spending time with the marketing and brand team to ensure they are closely aligned with the strategy and marketing plans for the brand, as well as influencing the team to get the support they need to grow their accounts.
Location: Based in South Devon with national and potentially international travel for customer visits, events and shows. Some requirement for working at weekends for events.
