With ambitious plans for the future, this has now led to an exciting opportunity for a driven and professional European Export Sales Manager. 

The Role:

Reporting into the Sales Director, the ideal candidate will be creative and motivational with extensive experience of developing international territories through effective and profitable management of current and initiating new international distributors. 

 Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business objectives to achieve sales and profit budgets for designated current and new international territories.
• Manage and control sales campaigns and educational programmes.
• Grow the business in all relevant channels by increasing sales and overall profits through effective and well thought out retail and ecommerce strategies.
• Optimise sales performance of product range through regular data and account analysis.
• Investigate latest market trends to capitalise on future business initiatives.
• Manage distributors professionally, ensuring high levels of customer service and efficient support through effective internal and external communication. 

About you:

• Experience in Export Sales, ideally within the Outdoor and Sports channels.
• Ability to demonstrate previous success in developing business within an international environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Passionate and committed.
• Determined and proactive.
• Ambitious and driven. 

Location: 

This is a full-time position based in Derbyshire, with the possibility to work from home, with regular domestic and international travel for meetings, events, trade shows, etc. For the right candidate, we can offer an exciting career path within an innovative, fast-growing and dynamic business.
