We are looking for a Creative Manager to be based in Melbourne who can set the creative direction for the brand across all global markets and lead a team of talented graphic and digital designers. As the Creative Manager you will be required to: 

  • Define the creative strategy and direction for the brand.
  • Develop, lead and manage the execution of the brand expression strategy across all markets.
  • Develop campaign, promotional and brand concepts that drive sales and brand preference in line with business objectives.
  • Deliver concepts and art direction across key brand and promotional material including store and event signage and displays, website, online video, TVC, print catalogues, social media, emails and radio.
  • Art direction for all content requirements whilst on our location shoots.
  • Deliver ongoing updates and quality control to our brand style guide.
  • Ensure effective leadership and management of the creative team to deliver executions that are on brief, consistent and delivered within agreed timeframes 

If you have been a creative director, head of creative or senior art director within another outdoor and adventure, action sports or travel brand or even worked on one of these brands within an agency environment then you have the type of experience we are looking for. 

 We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate ongoing capability leading a team of talented creatives and conceptualising award winning programs all whilst having a collaborative approach, great communication style and can think through complex problems in a strategic way. 

Salary dependant on experience.
