As the Assistant Manager you will be responsible for helping the Store Manager to build and develop the best team of product experts. You must have good people skills and be able to make quick positive decisions. The Assistant Manager must be focused on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales and creating a world class shopping experience.
You must be passionate about all aspects of mountain sports and have practical experience. The candidate must be dynamic and able to tackle all challenges presented in this busy environment.
You must be an excellent communicator, mentor and leader .You must be self-motivated with a proven sales record. Additionally you must be enthusiastic, flexible, pro-active and be able to work well under pressure whilst driving sales and providing first class customer service.
